Les enseignements seront adaptés en Français et en Anglais selon les besoins de chacun. Notre ami Népalais, Lokraj, formé dans la tradition Yogi au Temple de Gorakhnath à Katmandou partagera ses précieux enseignements dans la pure Tradition. Anthony partagera avec vous sa délicieuse cuisine Ayurvédique et ses enseignements divers venant du Tantra, de la Naturopathie, du Soufisme et de Osho adaptés aussi bien aux débutants qu'aux confirmés.

Designed specifically to help you escape the rigours of the modern lifestyle; this high-quality Yoga and Meditation Silent Retreat will provide you a restful environment to get out of your busy lifestyle and comfort zone, where profound leaps are taken in the journey of transformation.
A Silent Retreat is a rare and precious opportunity to focus solely on the most earnest questions of the heart and spend some days in silence in a beautiful, natural setting. Its special power lies in the coming together of seekers in support of one another’s awakening and growth.

Food & Accomodation
The venue has a comfortable feel and offers shared accommodation within our family house. The house has either 1 or 2 beds per bedrooms with a shared bathroom and several living spaces. We are young like minded individuals who are sharing their home in the middle of Nature to experience a sense of sharing and coming together. Our individualist lifestyle makes us forget of our true nature of social beings and we believe that opening our family house to beautiful souls is one way to reconnect to our true self.
Delicious wholesome vegetarian and vegan meals will be provided throughout the retreat. We will follow a Yogic Satvic Ayurvedic diet, especially designed to bring your mind and body in the perfect Meditation conditions, which will support you by being nourished and balanced, ensuring that your energy levels and mental alertness are at their optimum. Most of the ingredients are grown organically by our neighbour, the Le Noir Family, who has been doing parmaculture since more than 20 years and are specialized in ancien varieties of vegetables. The rest of our supply is sourced from our friends Bioman, organic shop in Nice. Find out more about them in our collaborators section !
