CREW Pilates invites Pilates professionals from around the globe to join us in the south of France for an intensive three day BASI Pilates Advanced Education course.

This 3 day Certificate Course will give you an in-depth understanding of the process a mother-to-be goes through and the physical changes that come with pregnancy. Pilates through Pregnancy and Beyond will take you through the three trimesters, including the "Red Flag" conditions, exercise recommendations, modifications and assists. Hormonal effects of pregnancy, birthing and feeding the new born as well as post-pregnancy training protocols will be addressed. Diastasis Recti, what it is and how to treat it will be discussed in detail.
This program is approved by the PMA for 19 CECs.
The early bird price of $850 USD will be available through April 15, 2018. The full price of $900 will go into effect on April 16th, 2018.
