Meditation with Micha - Badaboom

Micha is passionate about inspiring people to meditate and is excited to have the opportunity to work together with Badaboom to offer a monthly meditation group. The sessions will include an introduction to meditation and exploration of different meditation styles. It is open to new (including first timers) and old meditators and no special clothing is required, you can come straight from the office! The sessions will look at how you can establish and maintain a daily meditation practice and include a group practice.

Cost: 10 Euros (includes a juice or warm drink)

Micha est passionnée d'inspirer les gens à méditer et est ravie d'avoir l'opportunité de collaborer avec Badaboom pour offrir un groupe de méditation mensuel. Les séances comprendront une introduction à la méditation et l'exploration de différents styles de méditation. Il est ouvert aux nouveaux (y compris les débutants) et aux anciens méditants et aucun vêtement spécial n'est requis, vous pouvez venir directement du bureau!
