L'association Leactivnice propose des cours de YOGA tous les mardis :

Rendez-vous à partir de 19H à L'ESPACE : 60 rue dabray

19H15 – 20H30 : Cours de Hatha YOGA avec Mélanie

Le Hatha YOGA signifie « yoga d’effort » et concerne principalement l’éveil spirituel par les postures correctes, la discipline du souffle et la méditation.

YOGA classe start at 7:15 and finish at 8:30

Hatha Yoga means "effort yoga" and mainly concerns spiritual enlightenment through the correct form, the discipline of breath and meditation.
