I fell in love with the spicy, Persian-influenced cuisine of Georgia during my recent trip to the country and came back with a suitcaseful of spices and condiments that I would like to share, along with the recipes I learned from home cooks there!
The menu is suitable for both meat-eaters and vegetarians and will include:
Khachapuri (Georgian cheese bread)
Vegetable sampler plate (eggplant with walnut filling, beets with wild plum sauce, mushrooms with tarragon)
Khinkali (Georgian dumplings with meat or mushroom filing)
Lobio (spicy bean stew)
Rose pudding
The cost of the meal is 45 euros, not including drinks (bring your own wine). Please message me to book your spot(s). This is a sit-down dinner for a maximum of 10 people, so don't wait!
